I will be going into hospital for the operation that was scheduled a fewmonths back. This means that you will not be receiving any materials fromme and I will not be able to respond to any requests for research, or passon any messages or materials for at least two weeks as I will not be able touse my arms and hands freely. Would you please take me off your emailinglists until I you hear from me again after 28th May. The operation is on Monday morning 28th around 9 am.
